
REFUND POLICY – CENVOLINK (PTY) LTD
A legal disclaimer
1. General Policy
CenvoLink provides digital and service-based work that requires time, resources, and external costs. For this reason, refunds are limited and strictly governed by the terms below.
2. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of project stage, unless otherwise mandated by law.
3. Website Design & Development
Payments made for website design, development, content formatting, or revisions are non-refundable for work already started or completed.
If the Client cancels the project:
• The deposit is forfeited.
• The Client must pay for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Hosting Fees
Monthly and annual hosting fees are non-refundable, including:
• Prepaid hosting
• Downtime caused by third-party providers
• Suspension of services due to late or non-payment
5. Domain Registrations
Domain registration fees and renewal charges are non-refundable, including the free domain offered during the first year of hosting.
6. Third-Party Costs
Fees for third-party services (plugins, themes, integrations, licenses, software, freelancers, etc.) are non-refundable once purchased or activated.
7. No Refunds for:
• Client’s change of mind
• Project delays caused by the Client
• Failure to provide content or approvals
• Performance expectations (SEO, traffic, sales, rankings)
• Bugs or issues caused by Client-installed plugins or edits
• Issues caused by third-party hosting or software providers
8. Hosting Cancellation
Clients must provide written notice to cancel hosting. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time.
9. Discretionary Refunds
Any refund outside this policy is at CenvoLink’s sole discretion.
